When will my order be delivered?
To keep prices fair and consistent, Kate & Rose ships orders directly from our trusted partners and selected warehouses. This may result in slightly longer delivery times. Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Shipping within the United Kingdom usually takes about 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday). The total estimated delivery time is 7 to 11 business days (Monday to Friday).
My order is delayed, what should I do?
In most cases, delivery arrives within the expected timeframe. If your order has not arrived after the normal delivery window plus 3 extra days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Does shipping cost anything?
No, at Kate & Rose shipping is always free on all orders in the United Kingdom.

Part of my order is missing, what should I do?
For larger orders, items may be shipped in separate packages for logistical reasons. In most cases, the remaining items will arrive within 1 to 3 business days after the first package.
The package arrived damaged, what should I do?
Although we pack every order carefully, transport damage can sometimes occur. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a solution quickly.
Important: Please do not return the package before contacting us. We will ask for photos of the damage to help resolve your case efficiently.
Did you order the wrong product or the size does not fit?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your item and place a new order through the website.
